What You’ll Do

Help set up the event area, including tables, banners, and safety zones, making sure everything is ready before teams arrive.

Assist with registration and check-in, welcoming participants and helping them get settled.

Guide spectators and participants around the venue, answer questions, and provide directions as needed.

Distribute materials like score sheets, safety equipment, and handouts to teams and attendees.

Support clean-up and organizing supplies after each round to keep the site safe and efficient.

Help coordinate breaks, refreshments, and other logistics to ensure everyone has what they need.
