What You’ll Do

Capture photos and videos of the event, documenting launches, teams, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Manage social media updates, posting real-time content and engaging with followers online.

Assist with writing event summaries, press releases, and announcements for participants and the public.

Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to get accurate information for posts and media coverage.

Help set up and operate audio-visual equipment for presentations, interviews, and live streams.

Support post-event media tasks, including editing content and preparing materials for future promotion.
